2. Custom-Stitched & Bridal Ensembles: Outfits that require personalized measurements, sleeve attachments, or bespoke stitching undergo master artisan tailoring and typically ship within 10–14 business days.
3. Courier Transit Time: Once handed over to our verified express courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC), transit typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your delivery location and regional transit hubs.
As soon as your shipment is booked and handed to the courier service, you will receive an automated tracking notification via WhatsApp and Email containing your unique consignment tracking number (AWB) and a direct link to monitor your order in real-time.
You can also check estimated delivery dates directly on any product page by providing your delivery pincode.
All Panache Ethnic orders are packaged in tamper-evident sealed packaging to guarantee garment integrity. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives visibly tampered, opened, or heavily crushed, please refuse delivery from the courier agent or record a continuous, unedited unboxing video before opening the package.
Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory for processing any claims regarding missing items or in-transit garment damages.
